Montenegro court set to decide on Do Kwon extradition… again

Do Kwon’s case is being sent back to the Montenegrin High Court where it will be decided if a 1901 extradition policy still applies.

Montenegro PM Milojko Spajić may have met with Do Kwon, report

It’s claimed that Milojko Spajić made a deal with Do Kwon to buy millions of dollars of Terra/Luna tokens for a Bulgarian-based hedge fund.

Do Kwon has appealed his extradition again, accusing Montenegrin courts of making ‘unfounded and illegal’ decisions and favoring the US.

While Do Kwon languishes in a Montenegro detention facility, the US government has had its say on his on-again, off-again extradition.

Do Kwon’s extradition has been approved again by Montenegro’s High Court. The final say is now with a minister who reportedly favors the US.
